Blast San Diego! As a native San Diegian of 43 years old I will write in this blog about San Diego non profit services that are supposed to provide services to the underprivileged. This blog will outline my experiences during my quest for social services within San Diego- Food Stamps, CIU, Neighbor to Neighbor, Interfaith, YMCA, VA and many others. Stay tuned and feel free to drop you two cents about your experiences

New California Laws for 2012
Employment Credit Check Law-
Employers CANNOT require credit checks, except for Ca dept of justice or bankers. generally speaking , they can no longer check our credit as a basis for hire.
Its a personal disclouser thing,
Internet Sales Tax ( amazon .com ) Cal was losing tons of money in sales tax because people were going online to Amazon and saving the dollars not paying sales tax. California is attempting to capture the tXES ( INCOME GENERTATED.
HANDGUN LAW adjustment.
Currentlyly with the open carry law, you can no longer walk around with a hand gun because cops cant tell if it is loaded, By the way you can still walk around with an unloaded long gun like a rifle. But because handguns can be concealed and it is hard for the police to tell if it is loaded or unloaded so they will act as if it is loaded to errer on the safe side.
This is all information as reported on KUSI Friday 12/30/2011
How do you feel about these laws? do they make sence to you?
